All International customers must select a shipping option for the collection kit and another shipping option for the finished pendant and unused ash or hair. We do not provide standard free shipping on any overseas orders.
 

  • All Canadian customers must choose a shipping option for the finished memorial and unused ash or hair. We do provide free shipping of the collection kit by First Class Mail International, however the delivery time is not specified. If you wish a faster delivery time for the kit, please select a different option from the choices available. All shipping charges to return the collection kit back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.
     

  • USA customers can choose to select a different shipping option if they wish to receive their collection kit and/or finished pendant sooner than what shows for our standard free shipping.

    Collection kit to Canada - free postage is highlighted. We do not cover free postage to have the kit returned to us.
    USPS First Class Mail International - Delivery time approximately 20 days. Free standard shipping for collection kit to the customer only. The return of the kit is not covered and any shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
