Commemorate your loved one, special friend or cherished pet with one of our stunning one-of-a-kind Memorial Plaques.

Each plaque is custom made with one photo of two loved ones or two photos showing each individual person or pet adhered to a special background paper that the artist has hand painted to go with the colors in your photos.

We prefer to to have you send us a high resolution (200 or 300 dpi) copy on photo paper for your plaque. If you prefer to send us an original photo or email your photo to us we will need to, for an additional $12.00 for one photo or $24.00 for two photos, copy your original photo to high gloss photo paper, reduce as needed and return the original with the finished plaque.

Every double Memorial Plaque has five separate glass "nuggets", two showing the dates of birth and the dates of death for each person or pet, another showing the first name of both of the ones being commemorated hand written with glass enamel and kiln fused between layers of glass with the last two "nuggets" containing a small bit of cremation ash or a lock of hair of each person or pet being memorialized strategically placed between two layers of glass. The artist hand paints lines on the glass" nuggets" and adds paper thin shards of glass (similar to confetti) in colors that compliment the photos and background paper.

The glass pieces covering the photos are surrounded by tempered shattered glass that is adhered to the background paper with a special resin. The cremation or lock of hair Memorial Plaque is then completed with your choice of colored grout.

The plaque will have a decorative paper back and is framed with a black metal frame completely ready to hang. A small gold finished display stand is included in the event you wish to display your plaque on a desk, shelf or counter top.

What happens after we receive your order

*  As soon as your order is processed, we will send you a pre-addressed collection kit containing a small vial and/or a lock of hair collection card, a selection / confirmation form for each memorial plaque ordered and a complete set of instructions giving information on how to confirm or change your selections, what we need for photographs, how much ash or hair Linda needs & how to send the kit back to us. As soon as we receive the kit from you, Linda will hand make your memorial to the specifications shown on the selection form. Please allow at least 3 to 5 weeks for us to send the finished plaque & any unused ashes and/or hair back to you however we will try to complete the process sooner if possible.

If it is alright with you & if you feel comfortable doing so, Linda would appreciate a little bit of information about the person or pet being memorized either sent back with the collection kit or e-mailed to us as it gives her more of a sense of the life being commemorated as she works on the pieces.

We sincerely strive to make this emotional decision a warm and comforting experience for you and suggest that you contact us if you have any questions regarding our ordering process or need other assistance

I don't know what to say - the pendants and the worry stone arrived today and they are more beautiful than I could have hoped for.  The pictures on your site are lovely but when you actually see them first hand they're more wonderful than the pictures convey.
