Conditions of L. Huffman Studios and Memory
Pendants® gift certificates
All gift certificates are issued and fully guaranteed by L. Huffman Studios.
Upon purchase of a gift certificate, L. Huffman Studios will send a Memory Pendants® kit to the recipient along with a gift certificate showing the purchaser's name, a short message, how much the certificate is for and complete instructions on how to send the kit back to us.
Recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days and have the funds refunded to the purchaser. Contact us by e-mail or telephone for refund.
All refunds on gift certificates purchased through PayPay using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card.
All refunds purchased by a debit/credit card through a telephone order will have the face value credited to that debit/credit card by L. Huffman Studios..
All refunds on gift certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be refunded to the purchaser by a check from L. Huffman Studios.
The expiration date on any gift certificates purchased through L. Huffman Studios is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
