I received Toby's pendant in the mail today, along with the remaining ashes (and thank you for drawing a heart on Toby's box of ashes, it really touched my heart). Everything arrived here safely, thanks to your careful packaging. Your work is incredible. The pendant is more beautiful than I could have imagined. You captured exactly what I wanted, and you (and your other customers) are right: the pictures on your Web site can't do justice to the brilliance of the colors. I still miss Toby so much, but now I have a small piece of him to carry with me all the time...and a reminder of our many walks through green grass and autumn leaves, under brilliant skies. He was really my " forever dog. Thank you for returning my boy safely to me. After putting our dog Kubota to sleep just over a year ago, and now Toby, it has been a hard year for me and my family. This is the second pendant I've ordered from you within a year's time, and once again, you've created something so unique and precious. Thank you for your caring, professionalism, and compassion throughout. Also, please thank your husband Chuck for processing my order so quickly, and for fielding some of my questions. The excellent service you both provide your customers is very hard to find these days. I will definitely be recommending your work to our veterinarian's office. I don't know what to say - the pendants and the worry stone arrived today and they are more beautiful than I could have hoped for.  The pictures on your site are lovely but when you actually see them firsthand they're more wonderful than the pictures convey.

I had at first thought about saving up and having her ashes made into a diamond, but  aside from being so expensive, they're quite small diamonds and I just felt I wanted something that was so much more in keeping with what she was all about.  yes she was one of my diamonds, but she was also so much more, so vibrant, so artistic, so  spiritual.  And you've captured it so perfectly in this work.  She loved pinks and purples and the added blue enhances those colours so wonderfully.  And my sons worry stone is so colourful and so amazing, he will adore it.

I can't thank you enough, honestly.  I knew they would be pretty, but  they're so much more, I really feel as though somehow you knew her and had captured her essence.  This is exactly what I wanted, the size, the shape, everything is perfect.

I'm going to start a book about Lupus very soon, I hope.  So little is known here in the UK, I found out at times I Knew more than the medics responsible for Heather's care, and that was a huge worry.  I just hope to make people aware that Lupus exists and it can be fatal, but that with education people can also be treated with drugs and have almost near normal lives.

I hope to include a section all about Heather and how her loss has impacted on our lives, and how we cope, and I would like to reference your site if I could?  Just so that other people are aware that there are lovely things you can do with the ashes as a living testament.
I also hope to start a line using Heather's name, I named her after the plant, I live near the moors and the pinks and purples are so beautiful, and it's so quiet and serene standing there in the heather watching the sheep graze that I knew Heather was a perfect name for her.  I'm not sure what to do  yet, but I want to keep her memory alive and every time I see heather growing, I think of my beautiful child.

Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into making these pendants, I can't thank you enough for getting them exactly right.  I think I may get my sister one, I wasn't sure, giving away her ashes to too many people, but I think Ruth would like one and now I've seen them I think it would be appropriate.
