My memory pendants arrived safely yesterday. They are beautiful and  are so much more than a piece of jewelry. I put it on right away and will always admire them.
I  want to let you know how much I appreciate your warm, thoughtful and sensitive approach to such a difficult and personal loss. My son would have been 23 years old on March 28th and there will never be a day that we don't think of him many times over. I will continue to wear my pendant and know he will forever be close to my heart.

I need to tell you how much I love my Memory Pendants®. I received it this week after anxiously awaiting it's arrival. One of my twin girls, was still born. Though my heart is broken and will never be the same I find some comfort in wearing a piece of her close to my heart. I have had many comments in the short week I have worn the necklace about how beautiful the piece is. I share with friends and family it's special meaning. This has created several touching moments with people who care about me but were afraid to ask how I was doing.  As a memorial to my daughter it is a perfect way to keep her close. As a piece of jewelry it is stunningly beautiful, I love jewelry especially silver pieces and this fits my style perfectly. Just wanted you to know we received the pendants  about a  week ago and my husband and I have worn them every day since they arrived. We were just  talking about when they would be delivered when there was a knock at the door. I received the pendant yesterday. It is just gorgeous!! Thank you so much! I am wearing it now and I must say, it is such a comfort. Sylvie was such a sweet, clever girl and her death was tragic. She was only 6 years old and died suddenly from feline infectious peritonitis. It's a cruel virus that can hide inside a cat for years and is only detected when it is too late. She was diagnosed one Monday and gone the next. If such a thing is possible, Sylvie was a soul mate to me and it is such a gift to be able to have her near me always. Thanks again.

I got to mom's this morning and the pendant was waiting for me, having been delivered yesterday. It is breathtaking!!!

I took it to my son's this afternoon, along with Smokey's ashes. When I tell you that he was speechless, it is the honest truth. His eyes were moist and he asked me to put it on him. Oh Linda, they're WONDERFUL!  I wasn't able to get out of the house until after lunchtime whereupon I raced to the post office to pick up the package .  As you might expect, the idea of these pendants is emotionally charged for me, so I elected not to open the box there in the PO, waiting 'til I was in the privacy of my car to open and examine the pendants.  Good golly, they're awesome!  The sun had just emerged from behind the day-long clouds and all four pendants sparkle so beautifully in the sun.  I had a happy cry there in the car as I put one around my neck and felt the coolness of the glass and the warmth of Angus against my skin.

I can't wait to gift my three dear friends with these marvelous pendants, thank you so very, very much!

Artists note to customer
Oh my goodness, that's never happened before!  When you send the ashes back, I'll make another one for you plus one for your hubby.  I'm so sorry that happened and haven't a clue as to what may have caused it.  The pendant was in the kiln until it came back down to room temp. before I took it out, so I know it's not a stress fracture from improper annealing.  Maybe there was an unseen flaw in the glass.  (That happened once with a large plate that I made.)   Not sure.  Oh, that makes me feel so bad.  I had 5 other pendants go out that day and hope that they made it alright.   

Let me know when you get it in the mail and I'll keep an eye out for it.  Also, put the broken pendant in the package so I can look at it under a strong magnifying glass.  I'll send the broken one back to you also, along with a new pendant, since it contains Brady's ash.  I may be able to fuse it onto another back piece.......not sure.  I'll take a look at it.  Thanks for letting me know.

(We discovered that the day the pendant arrived in Georgia there was a drastic drop in temperature down to freezing degrees which aggravated an unseen flaw in the glass. This caused the pendant to break in half along the flaw.)

After another day of unsolicited compliments on my beautiful Memory Pendants®, I just had to thank you one more time.  Ever since I started wearing it I have had lots of unsolicited comments about how stunning, how different, how beautiful my pendant is.  My friends report the same experience.  What I find really interesting is that a lot of men notice the pendant and comment on how pretty it is (I work in heavily male industry and jewelry doesn't usually elicit comment at all). 

I have given your website address to a number of people - only one knows of the "memory" element, all others just want to know more about the jewelry in general.

My pendant is not only a source of comfort, it's a joy to wear.  Thank you again.
