After we receive confirmation of your order (which usually takes 24 hours), we will send you a pre-addressed and pre-paid collection kit containing a vial and/or a hair collection card, a complete set of instructions & a selection / confirmation form for each pendant ordered. Upon receipt of the kit, we would appreciate if you could let us know that everything was received OK and the approximate date you will be returning the kit back to us.

The collection kit will have a USPS First Class Mail postage stamp already attached. If you would prefer to send the kit back using Priority Mail, there will be a Priority Mail sticker enclosed so that you can add the extra amount of postage needed, attach the sticker to the kit and drop in the mail.

When we receive the kit back from you:

We will contact you when we receive your kit to let you know that it arrived safely at this end and stay in touch with you throughout the entire process. Linda will design your Memory Pendant® cremation keepsake according to your specifications. We will e-mail you as soon as your pendant is completed and ready to be sent to you. Allow at least 2 to 5 weeks for us to send your finished Memory Pendant & any unused ashes and/or hair samples back to you however we will try to complete the process sooner if possible.
