As soon as your order is processed, we will send you a pre-stamped kit containing a small vial, a selection form & instruction card giving information on how to select your choice of colors (reds, blues, greens, purples, pinks, golds or Autumn colors) & styles (visible or non-visible), how much ash Linda needs & how to send the kit back to us. As soon as we receive the kit back from you, Linda will hand make your pendant to the specifications shown on the selection form. Allow at least 2 to 4 weeks for us to send the finished pendant & any unused ashes back to you however we will try to complete the process sooner if possible.
